George Perry Baskin
(Perry) to his loved ones and friends passed away on March 4, 2005.
Rev. Lanny Atkins and Rev. Charles Moore officiated. Final resting place: Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. My Brother-In-Law was a decorated Army Veteran who served in Vietnam. He received two purple hearts, a bronze star as well as many other medals. He was severely wounded twice. He deserved every single medal he won. He was a courageous man who truly believed in his country and what our flag stands for. He suffered a great deal through out his life from his ordeal in Vietnam. Perry loved life and had many friends, I don't think he ever met a stranger, if they were it wasn't for long. He has a loving wife (Patsy) who will miss him dearly. They loved to travel and he loved to ride his 4-wheeler. We all spent many hours riding in the mountains of West Virginia. His companionship and fun loving joking nature will be missed. We love you Perry and you will all ways be in our hearts and memories. Your Family & Friends |
